Buyers upload payment proof from the app; treasury reconciles it against the schedule, issues an official receipt, and the buyer's view flips to Reconciled — no orphaned submissions.

Event-driven commission engine

Commissions accrue automatically at lifecycle milestones — reservation, notarisation, payment progress, conversion — and clawbacks are written back when a deal goes delinquent.

Arrears & collections

Arrears compute automatically from the schedule, surfacing delinquency early with a clear collections worklist — so you act before a deal becomes a cancellation.

Cancellation & refunds

Maceda cancellation is handled end to end: cash-surrender-value computation, refund disbursement, and the unit returning to Available — all in one transaction, never half-done.

Option-to-buy conversion & title

When the buyer exercises the option, conversion executes atomically — unit flips to Sold, contract and ledger close together, and the deal is ready for title transfer.
